DesignOps Launches Mon. Nov. 16th 7 pm ET - Join Us!

What Is Design Ops? DesignOps is the world’s first CRM [ customer relationship management ] system developed from scratch using agentic AI, with the help of the 15 designers in The Founders Circle, shown above.

DesignOps’ agentic operating system has been built to bring the back end operations of your interior design or kitchen and bath business into one connected place, with you still making the final call on any outbound communications to your clients.

Design Ops includes time tracking, product clippers and product library [and yes, your product library can be imported and DesignOps automatically matches your columns so no manual entering of products is necessary ], the ability to manage all internal and sub contractor communications, a very robust procurement section, customizable moodboards, customizable templates for all outbound client communications, automatic client updating weekly, Gantt charts, the ability to handle sales tax for any location and profitability per project markers …and much, much, much more.

It has integrations with Quickbooks, Canva, Dropbox, Gmail, Asana, Basecamp, Plaud, Pinterest and others.

Every single aspect of your back end workflow [ other than front end creative, like room planning ] is included.

Right now, you might be saying to yourself, but I already use a CRM - why would I switch?

Other than the end to end functionality of DesignOps and how much more efficiently and profitably it will help you run your interior design or kitchen and bath design business, you would switch because:

Per the T & C:

#1 DesignOps does not own your data. You do.
#2: Your data is downloadable at any time with a click. No harassing emails or phone calls.
#3: DesignOps is not training a proprietary LLM on your data.
#4: You own copyright.
#5: Strict data privacy has been baked into every aspect of DesignOps.

Bonus reason? Internationally recognized award winning kitchen and bath designer, Shea Pumarejo, has been the beta tester and she has worked very hard to make sure that every detail of what her fellow designers need is supported by DesignOps.

In the graphic above is also Agha Mo, business development manager for Floor and Decor in Houston, TX, and a social media impresario for many designers. He is helping the DesignOps team and me to launch DesignOps and was with me at Fall High Point Market, lending his support.

A quick bit of backstory…

Some of you may remember when we first held a preview presentation at Spring 2026 High Point Market in the Leaders Boardroom at the American Home Furnishings Hall Of Fame.

One of SHURU’s founders, Akashdeep Singh Khalon, and his brother, were there to give the presentation to the designers who attended. SHURU employs over 200 native AI engineers full time with offices in Dubai, Singapore, India, Canada and very soon, the US.

After that presentation, 19 of the 25 designers who attended signed a Legal Letter Of Intent To Subscribe to DesignOps when it launched. Of those 19, 15 have stayed the course with SHURU over the last 6 months and have been instrumental in giving SHURU’s AI engineering team their suggestions and their workflows so that DesignOps could be as useful as possible for all of their fellow designers at launch.

I did not handpick the designers who were there, by the way.

I put out a notice in my Facebook Group for interior and kitchen and bath designers, Design Wealth, and invited anyone who wanted to attend it, to attend it, but it was an RSVP invite that was limited to 31 people as that was all the seating available in that space.

Now, 7 months later, DesignOps is ready and I could not be more grateful to the thousands of hours the SHURU team has dedicated to developing DesignOps, especially the young woman who has led the team, Radhika Luvani, and the young man who has devoted countless hours to designing the site and the UX, Tarun Sharma.

You’ll meet both of them on the Zoom webinar.

By the way: I do not own an equity interest in DesignOps. I have not been paid anything for the years’ worth of work that I have put into this - by choice. This only works for me, financially, if it really does work for YOU.

We are, genuinely, in this together.

Also, we want to hear from you, immediately after the launch in the DesignOps Launch Facebook Group, what you love, what you don’t like, and what you still need. This feedback loop is critical so please really think that through and then let the SHURU team know your thoughts in that Group.

SHURU’s team are incredibly good listeners and they will develop into the app whatever you need, or change what doesn’t work for you, but they want to prioritize what’s most important to YOU, so let them hear it.

[ Note: There will be an additional Group created for those of you who subscribe after the free trial period, where all future developments will be discussed and prioritized. ]

Of course, I hope DesignOps, when it launches, will be what you’ve always told me you needed for your businesses, but what you will see on Monday, Nov. 16th starting at 7 pm ET will be the WORST DesignOps will ever be.

YOU will be the ones to shape future iterations of DesignOps so that it’s EVERYTHING you need, all in one connected place.

Join us on Monday, Nov. 16th at 7 pm ET for the live launch and be a part of something very, very special!
